Reconstitution
Before use, peptides must be mixed with reconstitution solution, usually bacteriostatic water. The appropriate amount of bacteriostatic water to add to your vial will depend on the specific peptide and the suggested dose. See Dosage Protocols for reconstitution formulas.

Gather Supplies
Peptide Vial, Solution, Syringes and Wipes.

Open Vials
Tear off the caps of both vials.

Sanitize
Use wipes to clean the tops of the vials.

Draw Water
Hold solution upside down and draw the required amount of water into the syringe according to instructions in the protocol for the product that you would like to reconstitute.

Inject Water
Hold the vial at a slight angle and slowly inject the solution down the inside wall of the vial. The vial may naturally draw the solution in. Peptides are delicate—DO NOT forcefully spray or “blast” the solution directly onto the peptide.
Important: Allow the solution to reach room temperature before reconstitution. Using solution that is too cold may cause the peptide to gel or clump.

Dissolve Peptide
Slowly roll the peptide vial for 5 seconds until all the powder is covered in solution. Do not shake! Place in refrigerator for 20 - 30 mins or until powder is completely dissolved.

Storage
After reconstitution peptides must be kept in refrigerator, remain cold and away from light at all times to prevent degradation. Short periods of time under incandescent light is ok. Sunlight should be avoided completely.
